CREMADES C. INTERNACIONAL, dedicated to distribution and export of almonds
and other alimentary products. We look for the best way to adequate our services to
the customers requirements. We always want to fulfill our customer specifications,
their necessities of product, as well as legal and other requirements from our
organization.
Our main activity is shown in the following rules:
• Involvement from employees in the job and function of the quality system.
Promoting their participation and implementation in the working of the
system. The Organization is implicated to establish a policy of periodically
and continue training to its employees as a principal source for the
development of its services and implements of activities in the right
conditions. All staff is involved in the system care and the activities
developed, as well as to achieve annual, quality objectives.
• Orientation to customers, the human equip of the Organization is at
customer's disposition, they are implicated in the best service and personal
attention to their necessities and expectations.
• Commitment of continuous improvement, the Organization has acquired a
commitment to fulfill the requirements and continuously to improve the
system of quality implanted on the basis of norm ISO 9001:2008, assuring its
suitable implantation and continuity. For it is committed to the periodic
accomplishment of revisions of the same, and one has been in charge to
assure that the processes of benefit of the service are developed of
controlled form, established and under it rules of quality.
• Objectives of quality, the Organization is responsible for being a frame of
reference in the establishment of annual objectives of quality for the same
and its revision, so that the continuous improvement of the quality system
takes place, as well as of the evolution of the operation of the Organization.
All the levels and functions of the Organization must be implanted in.
• Diffusion of the policy of quality at all the levels of the Organization for its
knowledge, understanding and implantation of its general directives.
This policy of quality will be reviewed of periodic form for its adaptation to the
operation of the Organization.
